Returns & Refunds policy
Product Name: REtracker Bliss / REtracker Fizz / REtracker Realsense
1. REtracker Software and/or Fizz software
2. Xvisio/Bliss Sensor and/or Fizz Hardware
3. Support Session
Xvisio/Bliss sensor and Fizz hardware box are under warranty for 90 days since the date of delivery. Defective hardware will be repaired or replaced with a new one. This does not cover improper use or tampering. Once the defective hardware is received, we will repair or replace it in the next 14 days then ship it back.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so. Afterwards the below terms and conditions apply.
Terms and Conditions:
1. REtracker Software: The software is non-refundable.
2. Fizz Software: The software is non-refundable.
3. Xvisio/Bliss Sensor: 500€ value. A refund of 500€ is applicable if the sensor remains unopened within 14 days from the date of shipping. Once Opened/Used/Activated, the sensor is not eligible for a refund or a return.
4. Fizz Hardware: 500€ value. A refund of 500€ is applicable if the hardware remains unopened within 14 days from the date of shipping. Once Opened/Used/Activated, the Fizz box is not eligible for a refund or a return.
5. Support: (Zoom calls, Email exchanges, Remote Sessions, Messenger, Whatsapp, Discord, etc, initiated before and after the purchase) are non-refundable.
For any further inquiries or to initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frames.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation/return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 180 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to an address that we will specify by email.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
